BSCI regularly checks its participants for compliance with human and labour rights as laid down in the BSCI Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct includes thirteen points, such as fair pay and decent working hours. Occupational health and safety. No child labour and social protection for young workers. No forced employment, protecting the environment and operating ethically.
